The Ohio War of 1812 Soldiers’ Family Groups is the culmination of over twenty years of effort by members of the Ohio Society, United States Daughters of 1812. This book is organized alphabetically by soldier’s name, with an every-name index included. Service information and the name of the submitter may be found in the notes immediately following each soldier’s name.

Since many of the men who served from Ohio are not listed in The Ohio Roster of Soldiers in the War of 1812, it is hoped that this book may assist researchers in finding a connection to these veterans who gave so much to our country. For further information on this publication, please contact us.
